Our inflatable packaging system named as Airtek, which is small size, high yield, and easy to carry, is an ideal void-fill packaging solution for large-scale e-commerce and logistics industries.
The device is light and simple, weighing less than 20Kg. It’s with the size of only 45cm * 50cm * 50cm and attached with a 220V plug. Where there is a socket, you can plug to use easily either in the packaging workshop or office where you need to use. The equipment is simple to operate. After loading the film roll on the machine, once you gently press a button, you can continue to produce inflatable bags for use, up to 160 inflatable bags per minute with a tear line which can easily be teared with the amount of the inflatable bags needed. It also can be produced in advance and installed in the appropriate storage box and then distributed to the packaging points to use.

These two sets of equipment, which can highly efficiently produce a large number of packaging materials to several packaging sites to use, have been widely used in logistics and packaging operations.

The Bag Courier consists of a transport channel and a silo at the end of the channel. The Bag Courier can be used to efficiently transfer inflatable bags to the terminal silo. The advantages of the Bag Courier include:
1. Conveying packing material to the silo above the packing sites via piping to the top can save valuable floor space and eliminate ground disruption.
2. One set of inflatable bag packaging system through the Bag Courier can support multiple packaging sites, effectively reducing the customer's equipment investment costs.
